In fact after switching several freinds and family to firefox and running adaware after 3 months it found nothing, and these were NOT limited users (non-admins). You can also use an extension in firefox called NoScript, and be incredibly safe.Also i dont mean to hijack the thread at all, its just that i can confidently say that spyware and adware are pretty much a thing of the past with firefox.
