$OEM$ Folder Problem

Hi all, I'm new here, so please don't kill me if this is a dumb question. I made my own XP cd using this guide and it works wonders -- except for the fact that it doesn't install any of my apps. What it does is, it uses my RunOnceEx.cmd to add the reg keys, and the window opos up to set them up, but during setup, it doesn't copy anything over, so it can't find any of the programs. I have it set to $OEM$\$1\Install but it doesn't copy over. The $$ stuff doesn't copy over to Windows folder either. Please help!

Did you remember to put the $OEM$ on the root of your CD?

http://unattended.msfn.org/ has a beginner user guide, but I cant find any thing about changing OemPreinstall to Yes!?

I spend 4 hours, trying to solve this problem

The information isn't necessarily for Beginners, but if you click on the Reference link at the bottom of the page you mentioned, the Unattended section, (second paragraph), says it all!

It was on step4 of the beginners section clicking on the reference link. Maybe not obvious, but i guessed by clicking the links to see what it told me.
