i like 7zip, a few things to do before i switch to it:

either hack the gui to look better or support for skins

and i need to learn how to make 'sfx' archives with it.

[edit] installed it anyway.

is there a way to show icons in the windows context menu?

also when i right click on a folder the 7zip menu doesnt expand to let me archive it.

You know.... This release (v4.31) is somehow worse than the previous stable release (v4.23).

I found that archiving any set of files, the result seems to be larger by approximately 10% (compared to previous version).

But its much faster now.
