Server 2003 shutdown issues

I ususally hit the power button to shut the PC down, however recently when I do this sometimes (not always) the PC does not power down, but re-boots.

The only thing I have done recently is a new video card nvidia FX5200 - is this the cause?

Check power properties, right click on the desktop, properties, screen saver, click on power button and then tab advanced, there is a settings what should happen when you press the power button ...

open the gpedit.msc to modifly the shutdown permission of the other users with admin login
