auto install from 7zip archive

I am having trouble figuring out how to create a 7zip archive that automatically extracts the files to a temp directory and executes my setup.exe.

Ideally this is what I want to happen...

1-Create a self extracting archive that extracts my files to a temp folder.

2-run setup.exe in that temp directory.

3-delete temp files after setup completes

I assume somebody has already covered this topic but I'm getting a little frustrated trying to find it so if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

For me, I use Winrar self-extracted archive, and it do this :

-> Decompresse the RAR into temp directory

-> Execute the file from the temp directory

-> Delete temp directory

And I remember 7zip do the same.

Yes, that is what I am trying to do. What options do you use in Winrar to do that. When I tried it, it would ask me where to extract the files to.

I would like to use 7zip to do this if anyone knows what options I need to use.
