I installed it from Windows Update and I tried everything to be able to Browse again, but I only got BSOD's

after I uninstalled it everything ran smooth again!!!WEIRD!!!

If somebody knows how to fix the Security Vulnerability in another way, pls give us a hand.

Yes, ever since I installed kb891711, I've had nothing but problems that never existed previously. Avoid this one at all costs!

Just tried it.

Those files get added :

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KB891711\KB891711.EXE

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KB891711\Q891711.DLL

And it runs as a service :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices]

"KB891711"="C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM\\KB891711\\KB891711.EXE"

Does not touch anything else besides replacing qfcheck and writing uninstall information.
