I don't know exactly but in the package there is as always only the codecs.

All possible new features of the player are not added.

The pack should be equivalent to the old.

OK. And another question about your QT installer.

It seems you don't use 7-zip SFX anymore.

The ini files is really a nice feature. Does it have to be in the same folder as QT installer and be named QTLite.ini or is it possible to specify one with command line ?

I also wonder if in the ini I can use variables : 'InstallDir="%ProgramFiles%\QTLite"'.

I went to apple.com.

It loaded an ad from the "Get A Mac" thing and played flawlessly, I was even able to see the HD version. ^^

I tried to specify "%ProgramFiles%\Multimédia\QTLite" as an installation folder in the .ini and it took as is, not as C:\Programs\Mul....

But anyway, the installer is really nice.

WMLite11 is broken. That's clear.

I installed it and was not able to play videos from m6.fr or microsoft.com

With WMLite10, no problem.

When playing the video from MS with WMPLite11, IE says you need to download WMP. But that doesn't happen if you have WMPLite10.

I use NSIS for better customization. 7zip is good if there are no interaction with installer but output pack is smaller.

yeap %ProgramFiles% is not working (for the moment ?)

QTLite.ini must be in the same folder as QT installer. No command line option.

WMLite11

M6 Clip is working for me. (exept "Le papa pingouin" & "Suzy vend des fleurs" & "Viens que j'te borde")

Microsoft "Exchange Unplugged" preview and entire show are working.

I think that it must be a conflict between WM10 and WM11. My install is fresh, i never install WM10Lite, only WM11Lite.

Can I use a .ini with WMLite11 just as with QTLite ?

btw, I worked around the %ProgramFiles% thing by creating an autohotkey script that updates QTLite.ini with the value of %ProgramFiles%.

rename QTLite.ini in WMLite11.ini

rename [QTLite] section in [WMLite]

That should work. I have not yet verified.

I tried WMLite11 again and I couldn't play any streamed video.

Maybe it is because I'm runnning XP SP1 and WMP11 needs XP SP2.

I'll try in a clean VM install later this week.

hmm I thought difference between WMP10 & 11 was just a different GUI/skin..

will try WM11Lite on my new install.
