Cpu Cooler Fan Opinion

Hey guys

I just wanted your opinion on which of these CPU Fans do u guys recommend for a Intel 3.0GHZ, 1MB with Intel's 875PBZ Motherboard!

I am looking at these CPU Fans:

3D Rocket Cooler-Pro (From GIGABYTE)

I want a CPU fan that is quit and I want my board to control it's speed.

If you guys have any other recommendation, please let me know. Just an FYI, I like CPU fans that look nice like (3D Rocket Cooler-Pro).
