el_diablo4303 Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 there some application that i don't recognize in my windows 2000. its located in C:\WINNT\Temp...its LP10B7.exe. its running by itself on startup. i've try to delete it in that dir...but..it can't. in windows task manager..its running....try to delete process...its show access is denied. i've already delete once..but it still there...with other name. its can change it name by itself. i don't know what kind of application it is. try to find in regedit..there's nothing. really need help on this. valter Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 Search the registry and delte all keys referencing to the aforementioned program (file) ... also check all start up scripts and services ... this should prevent it from running at startup ... then you can disable windows file protection and remove the file.OPS!
