i'm in france and i would like to know which FREE software could give me the weather on my desktop ??? because that's the absolute tweak i need LOL

If you use Firefox as your web browser, there is a great extension for getting weather reports easily, called ForecastFox. It works very nicely from my experiences with it.

If you want an actual weather report on your desktop, then i'd suggest one of the Object Desktop objects or going with the paid program offered via www.weather.com(their free version is limited in functionality and spams you with ads).
