member11 Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 I uninstalled some applications from add/remove program BUT they still appear in add/remove program even though they are removed. How can I permanently delete them for good.? (where are they in the registry.?)thank you very much

bullet Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I know that Tweak UI will remove entries in the add/remove program list in 98 and 2K but I am not sure with XP. It is worth a try though.
MCT Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 i personally like "Your Uninstaller 2004" or "Regedit" i made a custom installer of Your Uninstaller 2004 that replaces add remove programs in my control panel, then if i need 2 uninstall it for some reason, it puts back the icon in control panel
