February 4, 200521 yr but that would mean that u hv to use daemon tools or something similarif u do it just right it will work on whatever machine and never ask for disc x y z
February 4, 200521 yr Author So if this method works Deadnort then there wouldn't be any need for a cracked executable cuz it would run directly from the DVD right?
February 4, 200521 yr No, it would still be needed, because the copy protection would be broken, because it was no longer an original disc.
February 4, 200521 yr unless u know programming your out of luck when it comes to copy protection. i am sure it isit is protected w/ safedisc 3.3
February 4, 200521 yr most often when there is copy protection it won't allow u to play the game, but u should be able to install it fine, so if u cannot install it you've another problem:which is your drive (cd/dvd-rom) isn't capable of reading sub-channel data. or in more technical term, it isn't efm capable. head over to http://forum.alcohol-soft.com and check if u have efm capable cd-rom, i've not tried warhammer but i do use this combine method on most of my games as well.. i've lite-on 811s, i purposely bought this bc it can read anything!
February 4, 200521 yr Author I fixed it but now i have another problem it seems that after i changed the Disk1/Disk2/Disk3 in WH40k_DoW in de media table it still ask at the end of the installation for the first disk so i went looking for more references to disk1/2/3 and i found a bunch of them, but if i try to change all of them in WH40k_DoW then it gives me a warning that i cant have to features with the same name. All of the tables with IS in front of them contain the features Disk1/2/3EDIT: Never mind this whole post here i was being a complete dumbass! my bad.
