Works well on IE6/6SP1/6SP1+allupdates.May be you can post somewhere your version of BROWSEUI.DLL or link to hotfix where i am able to get it?Also: did you get screwed up standard gray buttons, or new XP-styled?
horsecharles Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 use this little utility to move, rename, copy, delete files in use-- works on malware too-- you can do multiple ones at once too, specifying different from/to locations: http://noeld.com/programs.asp?cat=misc

Tihiy Posted February 8, 2005 Author Posted February 8, 2005 I get screwed up grey icons (win98). I have all the latest updates plus sp2rc1.IE exact version?
Tihiy Posted February 8, 2005 Author Posted February 8, 2005 I am using ie6 with service pack 1, Thanks. It should work on IE6SP1 + any updates. Try to extract .exe into some temp. directory and run .bat file. Then look onto browseui.dll/shdocvw.dll files size (they should be copied into that folder). It must change. If it won't fix, wait for next version of that patch, it'll be safer.
