About VDDZ

  1. I got screwed up grey buttons, browseui.dll version 6.00.2800.1584
  2. IE Ver: 6.0.2800.1106 with SP2.0 Beta 3 and all hotfixes from Windows update (minus the language ones) [i could be missing somethings like that agent update thing and the frameworks update thing)
  3. No good, it made all my icons rather scrambled, like the lead into each other.
  4. I guess the problem started cause I assumed 98 had usb storage support built in like XP cause after I deleted it out of the device manager and installed it clean, it worked, sorry for the trouble, thanks.
  5. It installed fine for me and I have yet to see any problems, cept for my usb storage, but I explained that in a different topic.
  6. I have 98SE installed will all the m$ updates with sp2.0Beta3 installed over sp2.0Beta2 installed over sp 1.62 and the USB card reader's drivers installed. Windows sees it as a USB Mass Storage Device under the Device Maneger, but it's not located in "My Computer" Any help is valued.
  7. Can you still run games/emulators with 98lite? I have a notebook with similar specs and it runs fine, but DVD's play slow, would 98lite help, or is that strictly for basic stuff like word, outlook, etc?
