About the batch file...you will have to change the location of the exe to where your is placed otherwise it wont run the command because it wont find the program.

is C:\install\MediaPlayer\MP10Setup.exe the path to your setup file when your programs are copied over from the $1 folder to your systemdrive? If not, change it so it is.

I put the setup file in

C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\Install

so i guess It is.

If your setup file is in your Install directory then no you're not because in your batch file it says its in your Install\MediaPlayer directory...

Where is your MP10Setup.exe file located?

C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\Install\MP10Setup.exe
