draw snow accumulated on website logo

Hi,

it's christmas time, and website logo's will start having snow on their top side.

How can I make such things? i have fireworks and Jasc (Corel?) PSP 7, and have access to a machine with PhotoShop CS.

any tutorial on making good looking snow effect?

That's not exactly what i meant, i didn't find sites putting what i mean.

i mean the snow that cumulate on the flat area's on top of text, logo, etc...

it should be easy to create, but i'm not that creative...
