Well I dont know where to start... :realmad:

* I have installed an unattended xp pro, after several programs being installed the right click on files makes explorer.exe crash

I can right click on folders but no files

I tried restore but nothing :wacko:

* Oh, I also cannot delete a file in explorer :( what the hell is this, this is the first time i get this kind of errors

Can someone help me with this? :unsure:

That's really weird man.. I had that problem once, and just reisntalled the OS again. But I don't this I did the best way to solve my problem.

good! day!! :) to all hir! i also got that problem in my workstation it is better to backup a importand files using backup utility or ghost it! :)

its caused from an invalid registry entry for the context menu :)

same problems here

I had those problems when disabling Nvidia driver services...or it's startup stuff.

So if you use Nvidia driver try reinstalling it and see if that solved your problem.

Some Symantec products have been known to cause this issue as well. Search their knowledgebase if you are using their products for assistance.

Theres hundreds of things that can cause this. Latest one I've ran into was SpySweeper (depends in you install the shell hooks - which do get installed by default unattended install).

Which was fixed by removing it by importing this reg file

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\SpySweeper]

You might have to look deeper

Check your Dr.watson logs for what is causing this.
