October 25, 200421 yr I had those problems when disabling Nvidia driver services...or it's startup stuff.So if you use Nvidia driver try reinstalling it and see if that solved your problem.
December 3, 200421 yr Some Symantec products have been known to cause this issue as well. Search their knowledgebase if you are using their products for assistance.
December 4, 200421 yr Theres hundreds of things that can cause this. Latest one I've ran into was SpySweeper (depends in you install the shell hooks - which do get installed by default unattended install).Which was fixed by removing it by importing this reg fileWindows Registry Editor Version 5.00[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\SpySweeper]You might have to look deeper
