Open OE, go to : tools->options->maintenance->Store Folder.

Change it to were you want and extract following registry keys and add them to your regtweaks.reg:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express]

This way all your OE settings are saved and ready for a Unattended CD :D

This setting has user ID and you can't just import a .reg file because this ID will be different each installation. I asked this question in Outlook Express topic and was advised by idle.newbie how to do it with the .js script.

Then I changed to use the other more universal script from idle.newbie http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...utlook+Explorer - you raised the topic about Outlook Rules. You can use the same script for much more then only importing rules.

I don't know if you noticed, but the thread you just gave my, is mine... (i started it)

I'm looking for the Key first, then I'll break my head on how to import it...

[HKCU/Identities/{UID}]

doesn't contain any store folder, actually the whole Registry does not contian it...

tha's why i'm asking...

I'm on Windows 2000 and my mail Store Folder is in D:\Docs\Safe\Mail. In imported .reg file it looks like this:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{9ACA3C4C-0A13-4ADA-B1FE-DC98B4E62BEC}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0]
"Store Root"=hex(2):44,00,3a,00,5c,00,44,00,6f,00,63,00,73,00,5c,00,53,00,61,\
 00,66,00,65,00,5c,00,4d,00,61,00,69,00,6c,00,5c,00,00,00

You can define the Store Folder and other settings like options for Send and Read, Spelling, etc. with the .js script from that post: tweak all the settings, export the entire key and import it during unattended with the script.
