ggtyh
I use Videotron cable Internet (in the canadian province of Quebec). The ISP advertised 3.1 megabits down and 180 kilobits up, but I often get around 4 megabits, sometimes 5 megabits down (probably because of some caching proxies). The upload just plain $uck$.But, I have a bandwidth cap of 15 gigabyte of download and 5 gigabyte of upload every month. Extra 100 megabye is billed at 7.95 CDN dollars. Not that bad though, for 45 CDN dollars per month.
