How to install WinXP Pro from hard driver

Can anybody tell me how to install winxp from hard disk?

I have a harddisk 50GB, and I did two partitions over there,

eg. N: driver for install winxp, this driver has about 20 GB;

O: driver is stored WinXP Pro software.

I ever downloaded startup disk (6 floopy disks) from Microsoft, then use them for rebooting. However, it needs CD-Rom support for installing winxp, because finally it needs reboot from CD driver, but I don't have CD for winXP, I just store WinXP Pro in the hard driver.

Please give the steps for installing Win XP Pro with no CD-ROM support.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks.

Isn't IsoBuster already freeware?

No!

@jacmatsu

This is how I install Windows from my HD:

set AnswerFile=F:\XPPro\I386\winnt.sif

set SetupFiles=F:\XPPro\I386

winnt.exe /s:%SetupFiles% /u:%AnswerFile% /t:C:\ /rx:.\LANG

Just go here: Finalising your Unattended XP CD and download the files you need there, you don't need the M$ version, it also compiles your XPCD to an ISO file for you so it's ready to burn to CD/DVD, which you can do with DVDDecrypter, Nero, or the like. You can also just pull that file from the download for CDImage_Pro/Home (*dependant on your version of XP*) which is on that page.
