Hey, and don't continue that for more shifts!!

Some people say that having any more than 2 in a day has long-term effects on health - insomnia and all that...

Nor is tea very gentle on health - atleast not the teas which claim to be "herbal", "for health" and all that.

Milk is good, and flavoured milk is even better (not flavoured with coffee, flavoured with almonds/pista/etc.).

No coffee here.. can't stand the look or smell of it...

and i once had 5 2-liter bottles of coke one night.... had to go to the hospital the next day though.
