Is their a way for me to put something in my winnt.sif so that movie maker doesn't install? I prefer to use premier pro and having movie maker on the computer is completly unnessesary.

i don't like using programs. i would rather do it manually. anybody know how. can't i just add a line into winnt.sif under the same section that i use to not install messanger and msn explorer?

couldnt find anything in the deployment package. i;ve used nlite b4 and i don't like it very much. ive removed messanger and msn explorer, all that's left for me to remove is movie maker.

Try this

1. Expand the moviemk.in_ from I386.

2. Edit the expanded file and delete everything under [DefaultInstall], then save.

3. Delete the moviemk.in_ from I386.

4. Add the moviemk.inf to I386.

this should then not install the program when you use the unattended disc.
