vmware/vpc are good cuz if u wanna "test" an OS u dont have 2 format your pc 2 try it, specially if u dont like it

and your OS is just your operating System/computer?

I'm trying to tweak/create a XP slipstream cd to my tastes... let me tell you VMware is VITAL in helping me do so. I've installed XP about 9 times in 2 days using VMware. I would HATE to have to do that with my machine and render it useless during all that time. With VMware at least I can run the install in the background and do other things while it installs. Just check it from time to time to make sure there aren't any fatal errors.
