This page tells me to put them in C:\xpcd\$OEM$ http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/hkcu_registry.htmAnd this page tells me to put it in C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\ http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/registrytweaks.htmWhich one is it? My cmdlines.txt is in C:\xpcd\$oem$
mazin Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 My cmdlines.txt is in C:\xpcd\$oem$Then, you put it in: C:\xpcd\$oem$
Bâshrat the Sneaky Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 And this page tells me to put it in C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\ http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/registrytweaks.htmThis is when you use a batch files to import regtweaks, which can be processed both by GUIRunOnce and RunOnceEx.
Alanoll Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 i find that the names of the pages are self-sufficient.Are the regtweaks meant for all users, say the keys in HKCU, then cmdlines.txt is your best bet. HKLM can be imported from both CMDLINES.TXT and GUIRUNONCE. But for simplicity, CMDLINES.TXT might be easier.

And if you want to keep HKCU tweaks separated from others, just add 2 entries in your cmdlines.txt instead of one.
