Can some1 explain me what's wrong with my runonceex in this line?

REG ADD %KEY%\035 /VE /D "Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.1" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\035 /V 1 /D "\"d:\Install\Apps\AcrobatReader6.0.1\AdbeRdr60_enu_full.exe -p"-s /v\"/qn\""\" /f

I'm just wingin this, but this is what I would put

REG ADD %KEY%\035 /V 1 /D "\"d:\Install\Apps\AcrobatReader6.0.1\AdbeRdr60_enu_full.exe\" -p\"-s /v\"/qb\"\"" /f
