cookies and automatic login

Hello...

I have a lot of sites, where I log in with user and password.

I click yes to remember password, så that I can log in aut. next time.

This inf. is for most sites saved in a cookie.

But on several sites it's not in a cookie???

If I delete all cookies I can still log in aut. to some sites.

But all the other sites is forgotten (like this MSFN), as I expected.

Where do this few sites hide/keep my login inf. ???

try to go to ur user folder in documents and settings and cookies folder

Theres also usually a button clicking to keep the cookie for a specific site. so you dont have to log in every time

Opera has a really fantastic cookies and passwords management function.
So has Firefox.
You could try one these two.

Opera's cookies and passwords can be backed up easily.
They are stored in cookies.dat and wand.dat in your profile folder.
