Thanks a lot for the tutorial... I clicked on your ad links for ya...

One side note, was this formatted for a specific paper size? It doesn't print on letter paper very well.. I can sorta get it if I use legal paper in landscape mode but the spacing is a bit off... I'm reformatting it so i can print it right now...

It wasnt ment to be printed. Were are converting it 2 html - but its taking longer than expected, so i released the doc.
