Bullets Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 Hey Guys! I'm developing a website on tutorials for Windows/Linux, and other random stuff, so for my first tutorial ever, i have created one on Slipstreaming Windows XP SP2 RC2. Please go to the site and let me know what you think!Bullets' TutorialsThanks!
Doggie Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 moved to websites and boards.. considering its a site
XtremeMaC Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 I'm always a fan of clear readable fonts that have a nice and not so confusing background picture.I feel like the screen is flickering with that type of background. I cannot look at a site like that too much....
Tarun Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 Agreed, the 101101001 background makes one have to squint.
crck3rz Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 agreed with the background.Do the pictures need to be so big, there is a lot of useless white space in them that is taking up space and bandwidth that could be used for something else.
Bullets Posted June 16, 2004 Author Posted June 16, 2004 ok, advice taken, version 2 of the site will be up soon and will sport a new, non difficult to read font with a normal background...this is my first attempt at creating a website so i need the assistance Thanks for all the help!
Tarun Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 Agreed with crck3rz, make sure it can be dialup friendly.
