Hi to all

I'm new to Windows XP Unattended Installation. I tried to make a fully unattended CD and was successful. My friend ask me to make one for him that can skip the window to ask for product key and owner. He only wants the OS to ask for it during the next boot to desktop. May I know what to add to the winnt.sif in order to achieve this effect?

The product key is asked for during Setup. Until it's entered, booting to the desktop will not happen. Adding the key in winnt.sif bypasses the prompt during setup only.

You could use your product key during setup, then at the end of setup in GuiRUnOnce or RunOnceEx you could run sysprep -mini i believe is the switch, to prompt the user for information such as name. One of the sysprep switches will clear the product key and prompt you for it again, i think it's sysprep - reseal? I'm not a sysprep expert but that might work for you.
