.msi switch for custom destination folder

is there a switch with Windows Installer packages so one can specify the destination folder?

as opposed to dumping everything in Program Files on the systemdrive?

you have to escape the embedded quotes...

The property is not always INSTALLDIR. InstallShiled InstallScript also uses TARGETDIR.
