Jotnar
A quick and dirty way would be to rename your file to bliss.jpg, cab it up and replace BLISS.JP_ in your I386 folder.Another thing to consider is trying to use the Current User registry key, if your applying your tweaks at t-13 (Where Current User gets applied to the Default User). You do need the double \s though. You also might need to convert your image to a bitmap...not sure about that.[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]"Wallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\kemixp.jpg"Cheers

Its named "Bliss.JP_. you will notice if you rename the "Bliss.JP_" to "Bliss.cab", and click on the file it will show the Bliss picture inside. (Extract it first).Simply make a new cab file with your desired wallpaper inside. and name it "Bliss.JP_" place it in the i386 dir. Thats it!! command: use the "Command Prompt", not the RUN command.makecab C:\YourWallpaper.jpg C:\Bliss.JP_
[BM]Crusher
i've used that registry tweak before and it has worked, but that was on a no-themes windows installation, but now i've progressed to custom theme files... watch out if you use the luna.theme as your base for creating a custom theme file... where it sets the wallpaper, you have to remove the line Wallpaper.MUI=@themeui.dll,-2036 or it will still use the bliss.jpgthat could be why your wallpaper doesn't work, because luna is overwriting it... stuff the registry tweaks make a custom theme file with the registry tweak, the file can be a jpeg or a bitmap
jrzycrim
As far as theme files go, I've found that the easiest thing to do is just save your theme from Windows theme manager. You don't have to muck about with editing and no worries about the wrong wallpaper being used. Plus you can run into other troubles with custom msstyles if you use luna.theme as a template.
