FFA Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 Hey all...i have a problem i have worked with that multiboot DVD but i have to make a bootmenu i know there are a guide to that DOS boot but i meen in windows just like the real windows XP.my problem is i need a program to make design and buttons if there are someone there can help i'll will be a VERY HAPPY PERSON
<SparTacuS> Posted May 9, 2004 Posted May 9, 2004 What you need is CDShell. If you use it with Reanimalogs BCDW you can fake the Windows look (See pic). But it isn't a true GUI. I don't think there is one that will work at boot.

Alanoll Posted May 14, 2004 Posted May 14, 2004 you made the boot sector wrong. Simple as that.Broken paths, or the like. When editing the file in HEX, be sure to use CAPS

FFA Posted May 17, 2004 Author Posted May 17, 2004 hey again now it say in the dos when i'm booting from the dvd and take one of my options "CAN NOT BOOT FROM THE CDROM CODE 5"i don't know what is happend here
merrelldj Posted May 19, 2004 Posted May 19, 2004 I am also getting this error code. I have checked and double checked everything being edited with Hex Workshop 4.2. Can anyone give any more suggestions. Path's and file locations are correct also.
