2012 HP Elite 8300 SFF : PSU Fan Running Full Speed And 4 Red Light Beep Code Computer Will Not Boot Anymore

i recently purchased a new computer An HP Elite 8300 SFF From 2012 thats been working well the only issue with it is recently.the computer just completely stopped working with the psu fan running at max speed always and a constently flashing 4 red light beep code ive done researching into.the problems and still have not found a way to fix it would anyone here have advice on what this could be? thanks

well the only way to "fix" your problem is with "trial and error" methods such as either replacing the whole PSU as mentioned in the following threads:

or replacing the entire motherboard

and test again with the replacement components.
sometimes, there's no easy way to tell but to use such trial-and-error methods

Update : Sep 10 2024: after a year i finally have a sturdy dell optiplex 9020 sff desktop without legacy windows support and so for it runs as smooth as butter and has not given me any issues
