Is it possible to install Windows 10 with a letter other than C?

I have installed on a hard drive with 4 primary partitions:
1-Bootloader only
2-Windows Seven
3-Windows 10
4-data

Both Windows 7 and Windows 10 install pointing to their drive letter as C:\
I want the drive letter to be in the order of the partitions:
1-Bootloader = C:\
2-Windows Seven = D:\
3-Windows 10 = E:\
4-Data = F:\
