get rid of Windows 10's requests to sign in to Microsoft account

Now, some Microsoft Store apps require you to sign in to Microsoft account. Is there any way to block that so you can install anything without signing in?

What do you mean by "requests" ? Like the web ones ? Knocking on IPs or smth ? Pull the LAN cable, maybe ?

I wanted to install an app using the store, but, it requests to sign in to a Microsoft account and I don't want to do that.
