dmiranda
Dukto (https://sourceforge.net/projects/dukto/files/) installed in both android and XP may do the trick -over LAN. I think you have allow UDP for it in the firewall(s), though, but you can avoid that by manually entering the LAN ip address of the device you wish to transfer files to. FantasyAcquiesce
Hello, I've been using bluetooth for a direct transfer of files to my Windows XP laptop using a wireless bluetooth 4.0 dongle. However, the wireless 4.0 dongle did not work on Vista. Whenever I attempted to use the dongle, I would successfully pair, but Windows Vista then demands a driver for the device unlike XP for a "peripheral" device. This appears to be an issue with my Windows Vista. EDIT: SOLUTION for Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Dongle for Windows Vista!! Fix peripheral device!! Requires installing a driver. I recently got a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle USB adapter, but that too does not appear to work on my Vista PC.F I tried to search the hardware ID (USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_8891) but had no luck in finding a driver.
