Ionut Bara Posted January 24 Posted January 24 one stupid question. i've played with search protocole in Windows. this use to open Windows Search in Taskbar. i've put the ES protocole registry code in search protocole. this sounds like: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ES] @="URL:Everything Search Protocol" "URL Protocol"="" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ES\shell] [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ES\shell\open] [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ES\shell\open\command] @="\"C:\\Program Files\\Tools\\Services\\ESearchSvc\\ESearchSvc.exe\" -url \"%1\"" this is used by button See more results in StartAllBack's Start Menu. i've removed all Windows Content and i replaced Everything Search parameters into search protocole. i typed wordtyped. when i type from startallback start menu, Everything search opens with search:query=wordtyped and not with wordtyped. (note: i've unchecked Use search flyout for more results) from Start Menu behaivor configuration. its possible to add posibility to add to change behaivour of See more use results menu to use es:// protocole and not the search:// ?

rseiler Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Microsoft now wants to be a good boy, a very good boy! https://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft/windows-11/windows-11-gaining-movable-taskbar-in-2026 I wonder what the odds are that the new taskbar will load WebView2?

Doubt it, they could easily change its position even now, they just need to tweak few XAML targets for certain processes, but MS is just being lazy. Edited February 14 by lubierzca
User77111 Posted February 16 Posted February 16 When using a custom msstyles the properties menu is bugged out:
User77111 Posted February 16 Posted February 16 (edited) May I suggest something? Could we get an explorer separator that has one line of color instead of 3? (maybe color 42, 42, 42) Also could the status bar be the same color as the rest of the window? Edited February 16 by User77111
Uiti P. Uszer Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Taskbar reflection not showing in SAB Windows 7 theme.
ori0039 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 (edited) Hey. i don't know if it is related the StartAllBack or not, but from the last version 3.9.21, the preview option on the explorer started to change automatically to maximum size here and there, but i don't know what triggers it. It happened to me on the Windows 7 Explorer, i don't know what about the other explorer versions. Edited February 19 by ori0039

Uiti P. Uszer Posted March 7 Posted March 7 (edited) Feature Request: On Windows 7 start menu theme, ability to use any other icons for right column folders and not just glyph icons. Glyph icons are the worst icons ever and I totally detest them and have to turn them off. Being able to set real icons on the right column folders would be great. Edited March 7 by Uiti P. Uszer
