AMD drops support for GCN 1, 2, 3 and Windows 7 x64

I tried to modify U0368764.inf in Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.6.1, but Windows 10 version 1607 crashed during installation. However, it seems that latest AMD HDA device driver still works.

Not just GCN. RDNA 1 and 2 as well. Every AMD GPU to give you more specific.

Someone in Guru3D forum combined 21.5.2 and 21.6.1 as a workaround.
