Well, "Spoopy" is immediately identifiable as a meme, I believe (popularly) it began with this Halloween item someone found in a store and took a picture of it.

But since then, any usage of "spoopy" can either be a true typo but more likely an homage to the meme.

Ah. I certainly don't pay much attention to memes.
