In-built Wifi Drivers, is it moddable?

Hey guys im here once again posting a topic regarding the last driver i need to complete my vista trial setup using minimal devices,so i have a inbuilt wifi device but im not sure if i can mod the inf or so to get it working in vista,if anyone could just help me in this i would appreciate it alot,
