Remove the blanks in between. Ensure you're searching HEX and not Text.

Here ya go. Also please note that the last x00 in the Colors (see link to other topic) are extraneous.

Only the first three Hex values matter.

You can replace these values by using HTML hex values

Note: If you don't use the tool and make it with a hex editor you have to set the Last Modified time/date stamp manually back to its original value, otherwise setup will display a error.

OR, since you're manually changing (instead of using the program) try using this to change the Date/Time values -

Yes, it works fine on one single file at a time. You'll have to get the *original* file date/time and input it.

Alternative is a (kind of) cumbersome Command Line utility "touch" found at SourceForge.

 

Either/or/other.... Take your pick.
