I found a topic here about it but not quite understand Brazilian 'm able to understand a little bit could not find the line in exadecimal program is to modify, may explain the steps to do the procedure ? for beginners

Note: If you don't use the tool and make it with a hex editor you have to set the Last Modified time/date stamp manually back to its original value, otherwise setup will display a error.

OR, since you're manually changing (instead of using the program) try using this to change the Date/Time values -

Yes, it works fine on one single file at a time. You'll have to get the *original* file date/time and input it.

Alternative is a (kind of) cumbersome Command Line utility "touch" found at SourceForge.

 

Either/or/other.... Take your pick.
