I fixed Sound recorder's Memory Issue. (Windows 2000 and XP)

Windows 2000, XP and 2003 have the following issue in Sound recorder.

 

You receive a "Not enough memory available to complete this operation" error message when you try to record a .wav file by using Sound Recorder

 

But microsoft did not fix it and left it over 10 years !!

You can install the English version in whatever language Windows 2000 and XP.

I did not check it on vanilla version Windows 2000 (Extended Kernel is okay).
