Main thing I wanted is switch wallpaper which I can modify by just compare to deviant art side by side.

 

I just haven't had time to work on this one till I solve my disk imaging issue since moving to 10. Looks like macrium reflect is doing better job than my long time Acronis TIH

It's possible a Windows Backup System Image could do the job.  They've even resurrected the UI - "Backup and Restore (Windows 7)".

 

I'm not completely sure about your needs for backing up from one type of partitioning and restoring to another, though.
