there's no aero blur enabled, tried uninstall and reinstall aero glass, is there a way to fix this?

There is already an answer to this. So quickly, you used some 3rd party hack which messed up you Aero Glass settings. I guess BlurDeviation is set to some wrong value.

nope! i didn't do anything! so i have reset the pc and it's working now!

i did downloaded latest version from glass8.eu last time, so i have reset the pc today and it's working again!

i didn't do anything with aero glass and i didn't hack it and i didn't use any 3rd party tools!

If there is a next time this happens, rather than a "PC reset", I suggest you examine each of the registry entries you find documented here, and ensure all are in range:  http://www.glass8.eu/guide.html
