Hi all,

 

I have noticed lately I am getting a lot of these error messages in my debug log file.

 

COcclusionContext failed with error 0x88982F81 

 

Everything looks fine though, Aero Glass is running and I have transparency but getting those errors logged. I did search around for the message but only found one reference to it in the old Aero thread but seemed to be followed by another message which I don't get.

I have an Acer P455-MG laptop running Win 8.1 x64 with Intel HD Graphics and an AMD HD8750M video. I have updated video drivers but still get the message. Power cord plugged in.

 

EDIT: Used the Aero Glass customiser tool to confirm settings and saved. I have not seen the error since fingers crossed, but sometimes it can take a couple of hours for it to show up.

 

I'll keep you posted.

 

EDIT2: Still no sign of the error so I think I can safely say my settings were somehow stuffed up and I had to re-apply them to rectify this issue.

Hi, 

Im using the donation version of aero glass for 8.1 v1.3.1 and im getting some choppiness and stutter with chrome and videos, I can see the dwm process is working at about 6% CPU, though its not that high it seems a bit more than standard, is this why im getting the choppiness?  any help would be much appreciated.

well, could please somebody give me some precise instructions on how to remove the watermark that exists in the non-donate version?or how the donation system works?

well for donating you go here and donate what you want via paypal.

then you get an email with a link to the login where you enter you paypal email and your postal code.

then you add your machine code (which you can get either from the popup or from the logs) in the form and you get a donation.key file.you push that into your aero glass folder and upon signing off and back in it should be away.
