Here are two UL's that will let you download Service Pack 1 and updates for Office 2010, up to 13th September 2011!

Due to me providing update lists for XP x86 and x64, i can no longer update this list, so as of now, there will be no more updated lists for Office 2010 SP1.

But you can now download renzinator's update lists for Office 2010 with SP1, his thread is here

OfficeIntegrator 1.1 doesn't have an option for 2010.

Try this above, it should work, and you can use this method for post-sp1 updates too.
