tidbit50 Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 I had this OEM Seagate 750 GB Baeeacuda 7200.11 with SD81 Firmware in my assistants computer for about 5 months working fine, then it quits being detected in bios and just keeps spinning. I have read over some of the other topics before I posted this... Is this a 0 LBA Error? or is it BSY Error? Victoria program does not recognize it... Paper weight huh? Read it again (as dencorso suggested) Sounds like a classic case of BSY.Paper weight huh?Yes (or brick if you prefer)...Until you use the procedure to unbrick it off course...
