My graphics card is S3 Savage4and monitor is LG Flatron M227WDP.I tried PowerStrip but the Advanced Timing Settings is greyed out/disabled. It deals with setting custom display resolutions in the registry in Windows 95. It may or may not help you, but it's the most relevant thing I have offhand.
