Is it possible to get at the AppData folder for the local user with WP

I need to copy a settings file to C:\Users\<userName>\AppData\Local\ProgramFolder.

How do I get <userName> with WPI?

Thanks. I should have thought to try the standard system variables. For some reason I was thinking WPI only worked with the variables that come up when you press Alt+G from the UI.
