jsjolly Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Hello everyone,I think it would be great to see an XP gaming choice in Nlite, removing everything automatically just for gamers. I personally do not use my OS for anything other than gaming and the internet and just thought it would be a great option to have. What do you think?.Thank you
Sp0iLedBrAt Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 nLite has been created in order to enable customizations. However, I don't think it will happen, as the author nuhi hasn't been here for quite a while, and newer operative systems have emerged since that time.Welcome to MSFN

See the problem ? +nLite 1.4.9.1 can be considered as the finished product.

Not because I once proposed it , but:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=98552http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=98552&st=6Me thinks something like this would "soften" the otherwise very steep initial learning curve.... jaclaz Edited September 8, 2010 by jaclaz

Thank you for the welcome,I was refering to online gaming rather than the internet as a whole, turning XP into a tiny footprint. Very, very minimal, literally the bare essentials for gaming. The options are there for "safe" and "lite", drop one in there for "gaming", "office", "media", ete etc or any preset configuration was my thinking. Thanks for the links Jaclaz, seems this topic has already been discussed (sorry).
